While Sreesanth and Harbhajan's slugfest may have ended with a 3 crore fine and an 11 match ban for Bhajji, one can't help but wonder about the fights in Bollywood. Call them cat fights or the men taking on one another, we look back at some of B-Town's famous fights and what could have been the appropriate punishment for them!



Aishwarya – Rani
During the making of Shah Rukh's Chalte-Chalte Salman and Ash were going through a rough patch. The bad boy would often turn up on the sets and cause a disruption. Fed up with the constant hassle of dealing with Sallu's anger, SRK is believed to have got Ash removed and replaced with Rani. Now what this has resulted in is a cold war for years between Ash and SRK as well as Ash and Rani who were said to be quite close when Chalte Chalte went on the floors.

Punishment - We think Ash has had the last laugh where Rani is concerned... she is after all Mrs. Abhishek Bachchan!

Kareena Kapoor-Bipasha Basu

Abbas-Mustaan's Ajnabee marked the debut of Bipasha Basu but it also laid the foundation of one of the longest running feuds in Bollywood. Kareena and Bips are said to have hated each other's guts from day one and things at one point got so bad that Bebo was heard calling Bipasha a "kalli billi"

Punishment - We think fact that Bips scored big with her bikini on screen way before Kareena must have had the Kapoor beauty squirming for the one and half year that Bebo sat at home!

Aamir Khan - Salman Khan


It's the wrong perception that only actresses have catfights. During the making of Raj Kumar Santoshi's Andaz Apna Apna, our very own Khan brigade who acted in the movie were not talking terms with each other off-screen although onscreen they cracked us up with their antics. And till date there is no love lost between Aamir and Salman!

Punishment - We think Aamir and Salman, who are both known for being particular about their fitness, should set a date for nine rounds in the ring to settle things once and for all... this one will be a bigger hit than Andaaz Apna Apna!

Koena Mitra - Riya Sen


On the sets of Subhash Ghai's Apna Sapna Money Money Koena and Riya were constantly taking potshots at one another. It is believed that Riya leaked to the media that Koena had undergone a nose job. Obviously this didn't go down well with Koena who then went about screaming her lungs out that it wasn't her but Riya who had gone under the knife...

Punishment - We think the two need a brain transplant! Did they really think that we can't make out the times they - or for that matter any of the others - have gone under the knife...

Sharmila Tagore- Rakhee

Sharmila Tagore who was known as the Bengal tigress had a showdown with her co-star Sharmila Tagore on the sets of Daag. The sets of the movie had a battlefield like atmosphere with Sharmila having the silent support of co-actor Rajesh Khanna which left Rakhee bitter.

Punishment: We think the senior actress learnt her lesson because not only did Sharmila enjoy a longer run at the top of the box office she also managed to score a close friendship soon after Daag with Rakhee's ex Gulzar!
